This entry follows the fictional app Mové, focusing on simple options and flexibility to make the most out of their time and find through this app tools to gain consistency, putting the accent in the little steps that make a lasting result. The user isn't bombarded with information, options or pressure. Through this app the user can follow along guided exercises or create their own routines focusing on how much time, energy or even how much the can or want to sweat, including stretching, breathing and meditation options. The user can mark as much or as little equipment that they have and pair the app to smart devices to get the most out of the stay--at-home scenario. Lastly, the user can pinpoint exactly the kind of alerts and notifications they want and at wich points of the day they want to recieve routines, quick tips, or even posture checks.
