Organizing "chaos"

Problem

As an early employee, I was fortunate enough to have significant influence on the design of our platform. However, like most startups, we move fast. Our small group of 5 employees quickly turned into over 50. This meant that we just didn't have enough time and resources to onboard every single new employee connected to the product. 

Solution

I designed a diagram illustrating how everything is connected. This was one of the onboarding documents we provided for new employees to get their feet wet. That being said, this was a small drop in the bucket, to educating new employees. We are continuously producing new onboarding documents to help round out the process.
