Brand Identity for Orange Submarine

Visual Identity project for a company that offers underwater cinematography services to the film industry.

The project was initiated by the client because they were attracted to my personal branding, as it was along the lines of what they envisioned - a 60s movies-styled orange submarine.

At the beginning of the process, a few initial sketches were dismissed until we settled on a draft that took it in a different direction to go along with the brand’s character & technical requirements.

The overall feel is vintage, but not dated. The hand-drawn illustration is accompanied by a modern sans serif and a classic, legible script font.

For responsiveness, we created multiple simplified versions of the main logo and submarks that can be used for different purposes.
