Messaging Tool - Baseball Lineup Workspace

I starting think how crazy it was that almost every organization, regardless of problem space, uses one of the same few messaging tools. I understand why, however I can't imagine that some organizations would benefit from industry-specific messaging tools to more effectively communicate within their specific problem space. What I wanted to explore with this concept was a messaging tool for baseball organizations, that allows users to design and integrate baseball specific worksheets (in this case a depth chart) within the flow of a strategy conversation.
