Introducing, The Homeday Help Center
I'm super happy that one of the projects that I have worked on at Homeday GmbH is finally going live.
Selling and buying properties can be a little bit of a long process, and a lot of questions can come up along the way, that's why the goal of this project is to offer help to our customers whenever they need it, and one way to do that is to create a help center that includes helpful guides and answers to anything that they might be wondering about.
And one of the cool things here as well is that we didn't reinvent the wheel, but we learned from the best when it comes to help centers, by taking a look at how major services like Airbnb, Google Support, Amazon, Netflix, and other really cool services like hims & hers, and how they do their help centers, we came up with our own version, that fits our use case, and our customers.
Taking all of that and putting it through the Homeday blender, we got this awesome cool product.
