Unofficial Missouri State License Plate

Round 2 of my Unofficial Missouri License Plate.

Somewhat same concept as the last iteration, but restructured. Gateway arch silhouette creates a blue bird color pattern. The Missouri River is faint in the background, and added a Lewis and Clark silhouette. And the "s"'s in Missouri represent the two rivers, Missouri and Mississippi.
