Approval Flow
Today, we’ll take you through a medical claims approval flow from a client project we’re handling. A multi-national conglomerate with a presence in the hotel, travel, and logistics industries, among others, we had to match their unique organizational structure and requirement with a custom flow and experience.
With their hundred-odd subsidiaries, medical expense claims, approvals, and the subsequent reimbursement process presented numerous complexities, which we had to navigate by offering flexibility to their finance and other concerned teams to customize the flow as needed.
With three levels of approval as depicted in the flow diagram, from subsidiary/department level through to group finance and management, we integrated several fields highlighting the individual approving, the requester, etc., while offering customization ability to the client in changing the flow and individuals as necessary.
Our work has allowed them to streamline their medical and expense claim approval process while ensuring quicker reimbursements for staff and more accountability organization-wide!
