Logo Design Brief

The director of a Georgian cuisine restaurant asked me to make a modern and slightly technical logo and come up with a name for the restaurant. He wanted to show that this restaurant not only has typical georgian food, but also uses the latest technologies for cooking this food, the director of the restaurant wanted to add a little humor to the overall style also.

My Work & Ideas

So i desided to call reastorant - "IKhinkalnya". Its mix beetwen word "Khinkalnya" and littera "i". Khinkal - is a traditional food of Georgia and the letter "i" like in words "Iphone", "Ipod" from Apple brand. So by this "i" i want to show that restorant use modern technologies, and by analogy with Apple, I also bit off a piece of khinkal, so its also look a bit funny..)
