Logo Design for Hotel Residence Á Torra

Logo Concept for a hotel residence located in the small commune of Vescovato, on the island of Corsica, France.

The client envisioned a timeless logo that encapsulates the rural setting and tranquility of the region with a luxurious, contemporary architectural style.

“Á Torra”, in the Corsican language, means “to the tower”, a reference to beautiful Genoese towers created as a series of coastal defenses for village communities to protect themselves against pirates.

One of these towers is depicted in the design and accompanied by a bold serif font. Together they create a classic & sophisticated logo that speaks to local & European history.
