Click Wheel (iOS)

I’ve been experimenting with different ways on how to let users adjust a timestamp within Clockshots. A click wheel seem to be the perfect fit: It can be set to advance very quickly on fast rotation, which make large time jumps easy. For slower rotational speed, the time advancement could be adjusted to be smaller, which improves accuracy when the user just want to go from 10:58 to 11:00. What do you think?

Clockshots is a time tracking app, that allows you track time by simply taking screenshots. When you start your work, take a screenshot of the iPhone's lock screen. When you leave, take another one. That's it. ClockShots automatically extracts the screenshots and builds up the timeline from there.
