Dashboards for Customer Loyalty Programs

Goals: Create automated reporting that allows the customer to track their progress on loyalty programs, such as DS Points, One DS Rebates, and DS Price Tier.

Activities:

  • Collaborated with data team and marketing teams to understand business goals and data available to display.

  • Designed dashboards and data visualization. 

Results: Created several reporting dashboards that will be released to U.S. customers by Summer of 2022.
