Every year for Creative South, I get excited and workup the animation for speaker intros. This year I wanted to try something fun and created several illustrations that I would transition through all inspired by locations of different events at the conference.

Springer Opera House

Every year the primary venue and main stage is housed at the Springer Opera House. This was definitely a challenge to get a balance of shapes and colors that worked well enough together to create a single cohesive image without it feeling too busy.

Bridge Party

If you’ve gone to Creative South, you definitely are familiar with the Bridge Party. Free food, good hangs, and of course the famous InkWars! I was intentional about the way I used color and shapes keeping in mind the way I would transition through the scenes.
