Lions of Rome for Eyes on doors

Series of illustrations inspired by project Eyes On Doors, a photo collection of door knockers in Rome.

I've chosen Lion door knocker, as a symbol of home's protection. Also, for me, the lion is a non-obvious symbol of Rome. It's everywhere but does not get so much attention as popular touristic objects.
