Shakespeare Playing Cards

For a class, I created a set of playing cards as a souvenir for Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London. Each face card and ace are illustrated with a different Shakespearean character. Instead of hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades, I used the thematic icons of roses, masks, crowns and daggers.

All illustrations are my own drawings.
