Goal

Improve Prime users' experience with more sales opportunities and subscriptions.

Problem

Only 25% of new e-commerce users browse the homepage consistently.

Public

I explored a user profile with a habit of shopping for consumer items for the home and who uses Prime Video, facilitating the crossing of information in order to maximize the presentation of new products.

Strategy

  • Present products that are more relevant and consistent with their profile, reducing cognitive effort;

  • Contextualize products from different categories, increasing the possibility of purchase;

  • Explore the design of Amazon devices, maximizing the Prime ecosystem;

  • Use Alexa as a search assistant for users who are in doubt about what to buy, reducing research time and facilitating the identification of better opportunities;
