State of Conversational Commerce Report
Attentive surveyed more than 5,000 US consumers to shed light on how they shop, which brands they're loyal to, and why conversational commerce is on the rise. We were tasked with bringing this data to life in the form of an online report.
Custom illustrations, evocative of microscopic interactions in a digital universe, were drawn to provide personality to each section. Pie charts were interpreted into captivating, animated data visualizations. The written report and supporting visuals were designed into a single-page, interactive web experience, built entirely on Webflow. To spread the word, an overall visual language and identity helped package the report for numerous social placements, interactive quizzes, paid advertising, and promotional materials.
