So for the past six months or so I have been working over at Primeloop. It's a great tool to help brands and companies target potential customers.

Rather than having to create content to drive people to your site (and set a cookie), you can create short urls (with multiple retargeting codes attached) to any content.

Making it much less about, "Come over here and read our content", and more about "Check out this great article on another site."
