Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin
Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin is a majestic medieval fortress in an amazing state of preservation. It is one of the most valuable architectural monuments of Russia. Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin is the second largest after Moscow.
For a long time, most of the Kremlin's territory was not used, or was used as a site for storing construction materials and proper equipment. On the occasion of the 800th anniversary of Nizhny Novgorod, large-scale restoration work was carried out in the Kremlin to preserve the object of cultural heritage. Along with the reconstruction of walls and towers, the slope strengthening and landscaping, a lot of renovations have been done: the churches have been reconstructed, modern public areas and new walking routes have appeared.
Nowadays, the Kremlin is an ideal place for educational entertainment for the residents and tourists. Thus, a completely new website has been created. It includes an interactive map of the Kremlin territory and provides all useful information about museums, churches, cultural events, exhibitions and other important events that take place in the Kremlin. In the near future, tickets for these excursions and exhibitions can be bought directly through the website.
Make sure to check the live version of the website.
