Lettering design for a holiday party invitation.

I was inspired by traditional Victorian lettering with its beautifully ornate, complex and over-the-top designs but at the same time I didn't want the invitation design to feel stuffy. To keep it playful I decided to hand-draw the invitation with ink, embracing the small discrepancies and imperfections that give it a hand-made look.
