Often times, data is displayed in a tabular fashion without further contextualization, meaning that the end-user is responsible for the interpretation.

I always aim to project data into more meaningful dimensions. In the example above, "risk rate" and "days in audit backlog" is used to prioritize customers. Insights are created by chart design and end-users can immediately discuss follow-up actions.
