Saba Compensation budget transfer

I'm recently working on this new compensation product for Saba Software (A HR tech firm). Web-based enterprise softwares are always challenging for UI/UX designer thanks to the complexity of the domain. This shot is the modal popup for transferring budget from one manager to the other. Infolets are showing high-level budget information for both teams.
