Product Dev Map : small projects

A variation of the product development map for small projects (ie. improvement for existing product), based on past experience.

In small projects where we don't have resources (time, money, people) to do usability tests etc., this map helps identify things to account for to ensure project success.

We start with business goal and mission statement with the assumption that we've done our due diligence to understand our users/market before this step.

Although we're not doing a formal usability test, a usability test script still provides a useful guidance for what to include in the MVP. A small scale informal/remote usability test should still be part of the process before launching the product.
