An Act of Self-Care

An Act of Self-Care is a deck of cards designed to practice all forms of self-care from physical to spiritual. You would shuffle the deck, select a random card and follow the prompt. I designed and illustrated characters to represent each form in Procreate.

This project is targeting teenage girls who want to discover what their needs are and take care of their mental health. For the final product, I designed a set of Instagram story slides marketing the card deck which I presented in a video.
