Commonwealth Cash

In the USA we have quarters (coins) that represent every state in the union, but it would be nice to have a paper bill series, too. Since I live in Pennsylvania, this is my design for the Commonwealth state. William Penn was the original owner/founder of Pennsylvania (aka Penn's Woods). The Mountain Laurel is our state flower (along with some other states). As for the "PheDERAL" and "Steaks" wording, I just wanted to have some fun, considering this is a faux bill design. I work solely in Inkscape.
