Onboarding Steps

Here's another shot of the onboarding flow that we designed at KickoffLabs. We were measuring a few key metrics that identified customer success and engagement. This onboarding sequence was so successful that we went to nearly 100% adoption of those key metrics. Onboarding is such a crucial aspect of a users experience with a new product. This design is an example of how thoughtful we were about what that would look like for our customers.
