Room BookMark logo design

Walking through the city yesterday and seeing an under construction building gave me the idea that I can combine a bookmark sign with a house roof (here in negative space) and use it as a possible logo for a real estate rental service.

I googled for the idea to see if it was done already, but I did not find anything like my interpretation of this idea. A friend found somthing that shared the idea behind it (roof + bookmark), but I had already created mine and I like it more than what my friend showed me so I just wanted to share it with you now. Have you seen something (very) close to it?
