Look at usual things with unusual eyes

The third theme that I am approaching is strongly connected to how I visualize the world that surrounds me. From basic shapes and objects that I see everyday to people and feelings I come across. The usual things that we encounter are the ones that we pay the least attention to.

The quote by Vico Magistretti comes as a reminder to give some things a second chance. To look at them as if we see them for the first time, just like we did when we were little. Being an adult comes with its advantages, but unfortunately the biggest drawback that it gives to us is that we forget to cherish and explore the world around us.

Look at usual things with unusual eyes just like you did when you was a child. Feel, touch, see, absorb and take into account that beauty is everywhere. It’s in that village that you live in, it’s in a crowded room, in your own town and country captured by the people that are dear to you. Don’t make the mistake to look for happiness in different places but instead look for motivation and inspiration.
