Purchase Order User Flow

I have prepared a user flow for Purchase Order, The current MSP it's only for mobile apps but I'm planning to prepare it also for desktop screens.

My concept is still evolving so it may be more features. If you have any ideas or suggestions please let me know below in the comments.
