Swerl Wordmark

The Swerl Coffee Roasters main logo is a custom wordmark, inspired by the era in which their café was built - a 1972 Mercedes Benz van. Big bulky serifs a la the groovy 70s in a swerly composition to mimic the art on a perfect latte.

To further the brand symbolism a brand symbol was created - a very Henri Matisse looking coffee branch and coffee splash combined - to represent the focus Swerl have on sourcing the best beans and roasting them to perfection.
