Sign Up / Login Page - Mobile App for Pet Owners

My submission of Daily UI 001, where I was assigned to design the Sign Up and Login page.
I decided to go with mobile app as the use case. Haven't got a chance to create the interactive on-boarding but managed to craft the welcome page.
