Comment component

This is a component for viewing comments, replying to comments and leaving comments. It is designed as a modal, keeping a clear visual hierarchy.

It started as a frustration with Jira' commenting components. I find them hard to navigate and use. This component (over)simplifies the process and thus feels a lot more clean and easier to use. Would you use a comment component like this?
