Drought has become a recurrent natural phenomenon and challenging communities in of Northwestern Bangladesh ( Barind tract ) in recent decades. The drought's intensity varied significantly. Negative impact s on agriculture, forestry, and ecosystems (land degradation, crop damage, lower yields, increased livestock deaths, and increased risk of wildfire) water resources (more

widespread water stress) ; human health. It is particularly important to improve the quality of living in the rural areas in order to counteract the continuing population migration to the cities. The primary potential for developing building in the rural areas is the low cost of labour and locally available resources such as earth and bamboo.The aim is to open up possibilities in the villages to make people aware of the potential at home in an attempt to strengthen the region and reduce outward migration to the cities. The idea is to provide the children with access to good , holistically- oriented education. The children and young people are encouraged to develop into responsible, motivated and creative personalities and to use their skills to improve and develop their immediate rural environment. Reading, writing, painting and arithmetic as well as languages are offered in a free environment.
