Rently - Real Estate Dashboard
Hi Folks,
It's been a long time since my last shot. Today, I'm excited to come back with my latest exploration. Rently is a concept of a real estate dashboard that is suitable for a property manager. A property manager is a person who managed properties from the landlord and connects it to the renter. So, a property manager might have a lot of tasks, such as checking new applications and inquiries, creating a schedule for inspection and maintenance, collecting bills and arrears, etc. To simplify all of it, I tried to create a one-stop platform that helps property manager to do their job. Then, this is the result. Rently can help property manager to check their main activities (new applications, inquiries, maintenance) with just one click. Also, they can monitor the financial movement as well.
