Daily UI Challenge - Day 2 (Credit Card Form)

For today's challenge I wanted to build upon my PADI diver's app theme, so I kept the same blue color scheme that I used in challenge #1. I wanted to play around with gradients and drop shadows, so I took this as an opportunity to create cool credit card graphics in addition to the basic form. I hope you like it!
