The Historic Beethoven: A Computational Composite Portrait of six historic portraits, producing what may be a closer semblance of what the great composer looked like based on the only portrait available.

The red highlighted images show how each portrait artist captured one interpretation of Beethoven.

Averaging these images first by age, and then by composite sets, we are able to create missing stages of the composers appearance.
