Self: mindfulness and wellness app
Evidence of our need to take care of our well-being brought on by the pandemic was the boom in the number of downloads of apps focused on meditation and mindfulness. Many of these apps are designed for people who have some familiarity with the subject. Analyzing the demand of users who find that these apps don't work for them (for example, the people who find it very difficult to meditate) I designed Self, based on 3 primary skills prior to meditation: Breathing; Auto massage; and Monitoring one's well-being.
