Cerebreon provides innovative software for UK's debt advice firms. The consumer engagement app uses open banking to significantly cut the time required to complete their financial reviews.

What was the challenging part?

Together with Cerebreon, we've had to find a lot of answers to understand the end-users needs and behaviour. Fortunately, with our Strategy-First approach and UX process in place, we've managed to build a product that is easy to use and seems to be very well adopted by initial users.
