Internet service providers don't have a good reputation for being helpful and friendly to their customers.

Flume's core value pillar is being open and welcoming to new customers without feeling too techy or corporate. And we designed a whole new visual language for Flume to convey that ethos.

The scope ranged from tweaking their logo through website design to the customer portal and marketing collaterals.
