The Families & Workers Fund – Identity

The Families and Workers Fund believes we have a once-in-a-generation shot to build a more equitable economy. In their view, the recovery from the COVID-19 crisis that laid bare systems of injustice spanning economic, racial and geographic lines is an opportunity to reimagine broken systems and rebuild them from the ground up.

This five-year collaborative counts Jack Dorsey and Mackenzie Scott among its leading philanthropists, joined by the Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, Morgan Stanley and countless others.

We worked closely with Said Differently Consulting and the Families and Workers team to explore an identity system that speaks both to the economic reality that many Americans face that is ultimately buoyed by the hope that the FWF aims to deliver.
