VesSoul Case Study | E-commerce Responsive Website

THE CHALLENGE

VesSoul is a fictitious global fast-fashion clothing chain with more than 400 stores in 32 countries. They are ready to move into the e-commerce realm to maximize revenue while discarding of remaining inventory and please customers.

THE APPROACH

A design thinking approach was used in partnership with an iterative design process focused in discovering user motivations, pain points, opportunities - all to be applied in ways to enhance the e-commerce experience.
