Foxtrot is in the top-5 retail network of Ukraine with doubled its part of online sales after the site redesign. 

The company's growth peaked in a pandemic when people massively started to use their smartphones to do live-routine tasks like exploring goods, purchasing etc. So we were aimed to make the Fox' site mobile-first.

For us, working on the project was strongly bunged to data collecting and processing. Most of the design decisions were based on the results of in-depth data analysis. With well-setup scenarios, KPI's and focus groups we've improved all significant platform user flows.
