PERSONAL PROJECT- LANDING PAGE FOR PROJECT TWEETS

Situation:

This project is being created for Project & Product Managers to be able to synchronize their projects.

Task:

My task is to launch the product within the next 12 months.

Action:

I set out to do a survey using Google forms and here is the result of the survey.

I received 13 responses and collated these while creating user stories and features.

Result:

At the end, I was able to discover their pain points of Project and Product Managers which included using Google Drive to upload their projects and having to grant access to everyone who intends viewing them.

I was able to develop accurate product features that solves the problems faced by the users.
