You don’t have to invent anything; just copy.

You don’t have to take risks; just wait and see.

To create a path where ideas rule.

Where you can come in and do your best work.

Where it is accepted failure is a by-product of risk.

And where trying new things is just the normal thing to do.

Where your path is judged by the change it makes, not just by how much money it makes.
