Hey, and great mid-week to everyone! Think that talents shouldn't sit idle but get opportunities for their further growth.

Most job boards online are too corporate-looking and feel boring, which isn't a great first impression and kills the enthusiasm. There's nothing exciting about Glassdoor, LinkedIn, CareerJet, and that doesn't help with attracting talent.
