New project listings

I'm working on a redesign of our project listings, we were focusing too much on the human side of working with nonprofits (the volunteer manager). Instead, we are taking a more humane direction, making good use of the field pictures that nonprofits have.

Hovering a project listing shows the impact statement, which I believe encourages people to be curious and take the time to read what each project means to the nonprofit.
