TruckX Fleet Management Platform
TruckX is an IoT Platform for mid-size fleet management company. It provides ELD Compliance, Dashcam, Asset Tracking, Sensors of all the assets owned by a fleet company — in one platform. When I joined the company, the average assets per partner was around 15. I was hired to scale the platform so it can cater more than 100 assets as well as country-level operations. The goal was to make it enterprise SaaS platform.
