Chatbot Form

I had the privilege of working with one of Colombia's leading superannuation companies. The company was facing a specific problem with the enrollment process of one of its products, which was previously a tedious and time-consuming form that needed a revamp. After careful consideration, our team proposed to use a chatbot to guide users through the process, making it more user-friendly and efficient. As the UI designer for the project, I took charge of the design process, creating a user interface that was easy to use and navigate. I also developed an animation prototype to showcase the proposed solution to the client, which was well-received and helped us move forward with the project. Overall, the redesign of the enrollment process provided an effective solution that not only improved user experience but also increased the efficiency of the company's operations.
