Geometric creatures

When I sketch, I usually create some weird or dark characters. This time I wanted to create something cute because cute things make us laugh and smile :)

I am into geometric forms and shapes, so I decided to use harsh, blunt pencil movements for these creatures to get square-ish shapes. You can see what it lead me to. Do you think I had success creating something cute?
