OptCulture Signup Process

I'm working hard on streamlining everything related to the dashboard application I'm working on.

I felt that cleaning up and simplifying the signup form was essential. Choosing a plan became a bit complex when both SMS and Email were introduced (different pricing/rates).

Here is the first step. I'm still arranging and optimizing the flow to make it easy for everyone to understand.
