SMS - Mental Health App

SMS - Successo, Mente e SaĂşde is an intervention program based on the Cognitive-Behavioral Model created to help schoolchildren (from 7Âş to 9Âş grade) better understand and deal with mental health issues.
It includes two Programs: SMS Jovens and SMS Educadores, to complement face-to-face classes. SMS Educadores is directed to the family of the children, to educate and empower them to manage difficult situations.
Design wise, here's what we did:
